Hi everyone, I am specifically targeting those scouts who are in the final stages of the Personal Management Eagle Badge, whether you started it with me at the Troop 219 MB Blitz, or if you previously started it with another counselor, or have been working on it independently; I would like to see you tonight at 5pm. Let’s get this badge completed. Please bring your completed worksheet, blue MB Card and saving log to JLC tonight at 5pm.
A couple of scouts have approached me about working with me to get the Personal Management MB completed, even though they started it elsewhere, or have been working on it independently. I would like to see you tonight as well. It will give me the chance to see your progress and to make sure you are on track to complete the badge. If you are finished the MB work, then definitely come tonight so we can get your Blue Card signed off. Anjela Pemberton 907-854-8158 Scouts & Parents

Happy New Year! We are definitely hitting the ground running by having multiple meetings to recruit Webelos from all of the troops in Eagle River. Tomorrow, 8 JAN we are hosting Pack 219. Dutch oven and event crews need to be at the JLC by 6:15. Mr. Puterbaugh is out of town. He sent a detailed note to ASPLs Joe Groth, Peter Symmes and Chris Feug. Our SPL Joey Herr will be returning from an out-of-state soccer tournament. Scouts dress in your sharpest Class A and be prepared to follow your scout leadership in helping with the set up of the event crews. May I suggest those boys that have been assigned duties during the PLC receive a call from the ASPLs. Parents please join us in welcoming the 7 Web IIs and their families. We also encourage each of you to assist where you see fit. There Den Leader is Mr. Adam Blaum, Elijah Blaum's dad. Looking forward to participating with our scouts and planning and providing opportunities for each to have the best scouting experience possible. I will have the slide show available for the parents to view. I will be there early making copies of the welcome packets about 5:30. If anyone has any suggestions please send me an email or a text. Scouts thanks for helping one another and parents thank you for providing outstanding support to our Council, Troop Leaders, and Scouts. YIS Lou Rivera-Murray 907.748.4350 |
