What: Service Hours for Joe Groth's Eagle Projec When: Saturday Nov 18, 12-3p Where: United Methodist Church of Chugiak, 16430 Old Glenn Hw Project scope: Bldg frames, cutting and painting fabric for new sound baffles to hang off the walls of the Church Note: Dress Warm, bring work gloves; will be working in church parking lot. This will be the last work session for my project. We will meet at 10 am at the work site, on Camp gorsuch road. The site is at the spot where the trail crosses the road just before the road splits and goes to carlquist and Gorsuch. What: Service Hours toward Nate's Eagle Project When: Tues and Wed (20 and 21 Dec) from 3-5 Where: National Cemetery on Ft Richardson Please respond to Nate directly by texting or calling 854-9898. Dress for the weather you will be outside. Please be prepared with Coat, hat, gloves, winter boots along with a head-lamp and work gloves. If you do not have a DoD ID card you will be required to sign in at the Ft Richardson gate let the security folks know you are headed to the National Cemetery. We appreciate your sharing your time and talent with all of our scouts and parents. Thanksgiving Blessing (Service Project Sun, 20 Nov, Mon 21 Nov) Who: Scouts, Parents and Family members What: Service Project for Eagle River Community Where: JLC When: 2:15-4:30 Sunday; 2:30-8:30 (2hr shifts) Responsibilities on Sunday, if snow scouts are asked to assist in shoveling sidewalks; same for Monday; Scouts will help organize food Sunday for distribution on Monday; Distribution on Monday Scouts expected to help families take food baskets to the car. Uniform: Class A's (dress for the weather/you will be going outside so please wear your coats) 3.
