Upcoming Hikes

Thanks to all we have had a very safe and productive weekend participating in both Bird Ridge Hike and Spring Camporee at Gorsuch.
 
1.  Most important NO Scout MEETING, 3 May 2014
 
2.  Scouts returning from the camporee will receive lugs, tents etc.  Please take your assigned equipment home, clean it, and lay out the tents and be prepared to return the equipment next Sunday.
 
3.  Due date for Camp payment is fast approaching 15 May.  Scouts there is still one opportunity left to sign up for camp at next Sunday's meeting.  Remember to have parents bring payment.  Please refer any questions to Mr. Puterbaugh or 351-8826 (cell)
 
4.  Save the dates if interested in participating in the hiking merit badge (Scouts make sure you get your blue cards before begining to ensure you receive credit).  The Event Coordinator is Mr. Jeff Estes so please contact him if you have any further question [email protected]  or 205-0705 a few dates for upcoming hikes that  planned out. They are already located on website

May 9: Coastal Trail 10 Miles – Easy
June 6: Mchugh Peal 10 Mile – Advanced.
June 27: Mt. Baldy and Blacktail Rocks – Moderate – 8 Miles
August 8: Reed Lake – Moderate – 8 miles (may be a campout beginning Friday night with a hike Saturday. The theme would be no pot cooking)
