**The wreaths have arrived**  Scouts will meet this Friday 25 November at North Star Trucking in Wasilla, 10 AM to assemble ALL products & pick up your individual wreaths.  Should be done by 2 PM max.

The address is 1301 South Knik-Goose Bay Rd.  Head into Wasilla - turn left on East Palmer-Wasilla Hwy by the Home Depot  - go approx 1.5 miles to stop light at Knik-Goose Bay Rd & turn left, then your next left is North Star driveway...approx 27 miles from ER.

Bring cookies & snacks to share.  Also we will have Christmas Party door prize tickets available for our annual .22 Rifle drawing, so bring a few bucks for a ticket or two.

If you are not available to pick up, please make arrangements for someone to transport your wreath to ER.  Also notify myself and/or Roger Nevells so we know who's picking up your products.  If all that doesn't work, still notify us if you absolutely can't make it.

NO Scout Meeting Sunday......bowling at 6:15 pm

"Biggest Service Project of the Year".  This your opportunity to do what Scouts do best & help out your community.

Thanksgiving Blessing > Sunday & Monday Community Service Project at Joy Lutheran Church.
We will help get ready Sunday & hand out 300+ Thanksgiving meals Monday afternoon.  

Class "A" uniform is the thing to wear.  Sign is at the table & get certificate when done.  Whole family welcome to help out.

Times:
Sunday 2:30 - 4:30 pm
Monday 3:00 - 8:00 pm

Come when u can...work an hour or two, or stay the whole time

Troop Bowling night this Sunday 20 Nov, 6:15 - 8:30 pm.  Meet at ER Bowling Alley.  Bring cash for bowling > $7, plus $$ for snack bar.  Class "B" uniform.   Siblings welcome !  Bring a friend...also works (bring a friend) for your 1st Class requirement.  Sign-in with Mrs. Pemberton.  See u there.  

OTHER:  For the upcoming BOR on Sunday 4 Dec....get a hold of me ASAP to schedule SM conference & also get those mb cards turned in now for the 11 Dec Christmas party / COH.

Want to extend a thank you to Mr. Paul Daggett; He was our guest speaker for the Scouting Heritage Badge.  Scouter since 1961.  We appreciate your sharing your time and talent with all of our scouts and parents.  Scouts if any of you have Scouting Heritage Requirements you would like to sign off please respond to me directly so I can make arrangements with Mr. Daggett.

1.  Meeting tomorrow, 13 Nov at the JLC, 7:00 pm
2.  Thanksgiving Blessing (Service Project Sun, 20 Nov, Mon 21 Nov)
     Who:  Scouts, Parents and Family members
     What:  Service Project for Eagle River Community
     Where:  JLC
     When:  2:15-4:30 Sunday; 2:30-8:30 (2hr shifts)
     Responsibilities on Sunday, if snow scouts are asked to assist in shoveling sidewalks; same for
     Monday;  Scouts will help organize food Sunday for distribution on Monday;   Distribution on
     Monday Scouts expected to help families take food baskets to the car.
     Uniform:  Class A's (dress for the weather/you will be going outside so please wear your
     coats)
3.  Day after Thanksgiving Friday 25 for Wreath Assembly Party

     We will be discussing our Court of Honor, Schedule for the following 8-12 weeks,
     Wreath assembly party, Chilkoot Trail,  New Scout recruiting (Cubscouts crossing over)
     Come share your ideas regarding activities, camping and hiking; we are always open to new places.  Variety is the spice
     of life.
