Medical Forms 2016

Hello Troop Families,

This is a friendly reminder to schedule those physicals and get your BSA Medical Forms completed in time for summer camp! Please remember the deadline to submit your forms is May 22nd this year.

Our camp dates are 11-16 July 2016.  If your physical expires at any point prior to July 17, 2016 - you need a new physical. Physical forms are only valid for exactly 1 year. The BSA does not accept different physical forms attached to the BSA form. All scouts must use the BSA form attached to this email.  

I have received some forms already, and I expect many more to follow. I will be at the meeting tonight for a little while in the beginning to collect forms. If I don’t link up with you, you or your scout can always hand them over to Jeff.
